So löschst du dein 1Password-Konto

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your information from the 1Password service. When you delete your account:

• Your contact and payment information is immediately erased.
• You can no longer sign in to 1Password.com or the 1Password apps.
• If your account has a custom sign-in address, it becomes available and can be claimed by someone else.

You can’t restore a deleted account, so be absolutely sure you want to proceed. You can also choose to cancel your subscription and freeze your account instead of deleting it.

Delete an individual account

To delete an individual account:

1. Melde dich bei deinem 1Password-Konto an.
2. Wähle oben rechts deinen Namen aus, wähle dann Konto verwalten.
3. Select Permanently Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Delete a family, team, or business account

If you’re the family organizer, team owner, or part of a custom group with the delete account permission, you can delete the account:

1. Melde dich bei deinem 1Password-Konto an.
2. Select Settings in the sidebar.
3. Select Permanently Delete Family Account or Permanently Delete Account and All Team Members.

Unterstützung erhalten

If you can’t access your individual, family, or team account, you can still delete it:

1. Go to https://start.1password.com/support.
2. Gib deine E-Mail-Adresse ein und wähle Weiter. Du wirst eine E-Mail von 1Password erhalten.
3. In the email, select View my account. You’ll see a list of your 1Password accounts.
4. Select the name of the account you want to delete.
5. Scroll down and select Delete Account.
